Jim Maxon

 

Jim is Managing Partner of Maxon Associates – a management consultancy he established in January 1989 which specialises in leadership and management development, executive coaching, strategy formulation and leading change. In addition, he holds the post of Visiting Teaching Fellow at Leeds University Business School and is a Professor in Organisation Development at Preston University Finland.

Jim has extensive experience working, primarily at the most senior levels, within large, complex organisations throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His speciality is helping organisations in the process of organisational transformation through leadership development, strategic interventions, executive coaching and teamwork.

 

Andy Bailey

 

Andy specialises in the attitudinal and behavioural development of employees through management learning, development and coaching.  He has 12 years experience in both managing and delivering within the learning and development environment, most recently within the financial services industry. 

Andy is a unique and dedicated training professional, experienced in facilitating a wide range of training courses.  Committed to continual improvement, learning and development, he has a proven track record of generating ownership at all levels, driving individual and team performance to achieve business goals and support organisational change. 
 

Laurie Denton

 

Laurie has considerable experience of working with a wide range of organisations in management, supervisory and trainer development activities. He is approved to offer clients development programmes that are certificated or endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Laurie really focuses on providing his protégés with thinking, skills, tools and techniques that are readily transferable into the workplace. Following group training, he is often then asked to act as a coach to individuals at all levels within client organisations.  The success of Laurie’s involvement in staff development has led to him having long term professional relationships with a number of clients.
 

Sarah Goodfellow

 

Sarah has experience of working at middle and senior management levels within large organisations throughout the UK and Europe, with a broad experience of working in retail and vertically integrated organisations. She specialises in getting organisations to realise their people's skills to the full and acting as business enablers.

Sarah is a highly motivated self-starting individual who has 17 years development experience that includes training, management development, organisational development, coaching and consultancy.
 

 

Mike Jacobs

 

Mike has extensive experience delivering quality training and development and HR activities to a wide variety of organisations.

His activities include organisational development work, staff surveys, training needs analysis and programme and materials design, as well as training and development delivery.

Alasdair Kelly

 
Alasdair has substantial experience of both the public and private sector in senior management roles as well as learning/development over more than 30 years. 

He has managed Social Security offices, been the national Management Development Manager for First Direct (the award winning telephone/internet bank) and was a Principal Consultant for Atkins Management Consultants in their Centre for Corporate Learning. He is a double OU graduate, BA and BSc, holds a postgraduate qualification in Business Excellence from the University of Leeds, is qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a member of the CIPD.
