How can Maxon
Associates help?
We work with our clients in a
number of different ways.
The first is what we call
strategic interventions,
where we work with the senior management team when
they are facing major change or transformation. This can also
form part of a team building exercise.
Secondly, we work with senior
managers in the role of
executive coach. To make the coaching sessions
as relevant as possible, we use various 360° feedback tools,
and psychometric instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI).
We also work with senior
managers, together with their HR staff, in the development of
both senior and middle management
competency frameworks.
In addition we offer executive
and management development programmes/workshops,
